Alberto Martínez Rubio is President of the Mexican Association of Leasing, Credit, and Factoring Companies (AMSOFAC), where he leads one of Mexico’s most robust communities, comprised of leasing companies, financial institutions, and specialists who work every day to support Mexican businesses of all sizes.

As a cornerstone of the association for the 2025–2027 term, Alberto is responsible for enhancing industry intelligence, strengthening engagement with authorities and regulators, and expanding the value proposition for members, through a strategic vision.

Alberto is a distinguished professional with more than 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and management. Since 2006, he has served as Director of Arrenda+, where he has consolidated the company’s operations and expansion, strengthening its market position through innovative financial and commercial strategies. He is the Coordinator of Conceptual Design and Research in the Economic Census Division at INEGI, where he leads initiatives aimed at strengthening the methodological and conceptual foundations of the statistical instruments used in economic censuses. His work focuses on developing analytical tools to improve the collection, interpretation, and application of economic data at the national level.

She has made a significant contribution to the implementation and promotion of INEGI’s Business Simulator, a useful tool for evaluating business projects. Rocio Zendejas Trejo

Rocío has over 25 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, Training, Change Management, and Organizational and Cultural Transformation, as well as HRBP.

He currently serves as Head of the Mexico-Latin America Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Coca-Cola FEMSA. He designs and implements the talent acquisition strategy for corporate roles, executive positions across Latin America, and tech/digital roles required to drive the organization’s digital and technological transformation.

He is the CEO and Founding Partner of Certificadora por una Industria Gráfica Sustentable (CIGRAS), where he designed a sustainable management system aligned with ESG guidelines and integrated with ISO 9001, 14001, 31001, and 45001 standards, endorsed by EMA and the IMNC. Under his leadership, the company achieved full traceability, impact quantification, and reverse logistics for graphic materials, resulting in significant reductions in carbon footprint, environmental impact, water consumption, and adverse effects on human well-being.

Adrián is a graduate of the Sustainability Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was honored with the Fyre Hydrant Award for the best impact project. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and currently serves as Market Development Manager for Latin America at the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

She has also served as Value Chain and Chain of Custody Coordinator at FSC Mexico, leading initiatives to strengthen the traceability and sustainability of forest products in the region.

He has over 20 years of experience in FSC Chain of Custody certification and is recognized for his technical expertise and ability to coordinate key stakeholders throughout the value chains.

For more than a decade, she served as Lead Auditor for the FSC Chain of Custody, actively participating in assessment processes, continuous improvement, and the strengthening of international standards.

I have worked with the Rainforest Alliance for over eight years as Regional Manager for Mexico, where I coordinated FSC Forest Management and Chain of Custody certification, in addition to leading the organization’s policy relations and forestry projects in the country.

Alejandro Álvarez is a specialist in additive manufacturing and 3D printing applied to commercial and industrial contexts, with a proven track record in the strategic implementation of these technologies as tools for innovation, customization, and value creation for brands and businesses. Since 2023, he has been actively involved in the professional 3D printing ecosystem, developing solutions focused on optimizing production processes, functional prototyping, and visual communication.

He serves as a trainer and speaker at México Makers, where he has played a key role in training specialized talent, providing technical consulting to companies, and promoting additive manufacturing in the creative, commercial, and industrial sectors.
